Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items may take 3–7 business days to process (noted on product page).
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

3. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly on the carrier’s website (Canada Post, Purolator, etc.).

 


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for orders over 10 kg or requiring signature.
  • Hazardous materials, perishables, or oversized items may have additional fees or restrictions (noted on product page).

5. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Customs (if applicable)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Lost packages: We’ll file a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund issued once resolved (typically 7–14 days).

7. Address Changes

  • Changes after shipping incur a $15 rerouting fee (if possible).
  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Taxes & Duties

  • Prices include Canadian sales tax (HST/GST/PST) where applicable.
  • No additional duties for domestic (Canadian) orders.
